FULL-TIME
Operations Manager
Alexander Beach Club is a year-round hospitality destination with a restaurant, beach bar and beach service. As Operations Manager you lead the daily operation and make sure everything is right. You bring structure, develop the team and keep quality and hospitality at the highest level, every day.
What will you do?
You have final responsibility for the daily operation.
You lead the restaurant, beach bar and beach service.
You make sure service, quality and hospitality always stay at the highest level.
You manage on results and keep a firm grip on revenue, costs and margins.
You coach and develop the team.
You spot opportunities and turn them into improvements.
Who are you?
You have extensive management experience in hospitality.
You are visible on the floor and lead by example.
You bring structure, keep the overview and know how to set priorities.
You take responsibility and know how to bring people along.
You are available full-time.
You live within commuting distance of Noordwijk.
FULL-TIME
Assistant Manager
Together with the Operations Manager, you make sure the daily operation runs smoothly. You keep the overview, motivate the team and are a visible presence on the floor.
What will you do?
You support the daily management of the team.
You oversee service, quality and hospitality.
You guide and coach colleagues.
You keep the overview, also during busy services.
You actively think along about improvements.
Who are you?
You have management experience in hospitality.
You are hospitable, energetic and a strong communicator.
You take initiative and think ahead.
You have flexible availability.
You live within commuting distance of Noordwijk.
FULL-TIME
Supervisor
During service, you are the point of contact on the floor. You keep the overview, guide your colleagues and make sure everything runs smoothly. You work hands-on, safeguard the quality of service and set the example for the team.

You keep the quality of service sharp.
You guide and motivate colleagues.
You are the first point of contact on the floor.
You step in where needed and keep the overview.

You have experience in hospitality.

FULL-TIME
Sous Chef
Together with the Head Chef, you give daily direction to the kitchen team. You safeguard quality, keep the overview during service and make sure the kitchen runs smoothly. You lead by example and think along about the further development of the kitchen.
What will you do?
You support the daily management of the kitchen.
You safeguard quality, presentation and hygiene.
You coach and guide colleagues.
You actively contribute to developing the menu and new dishes.
You bring calm and an efficient kitchen organisation.
Who are you?
You have experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
You are quality-driven and keep the overview.
You know how to motivate and coach colleagues.
You stay calm, also during busy services.
You are available full-time.
FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
Waiting Staff
Hospitality starts with you. You welcome guests, advise them on the menu and make sure they want for nothing. Whether it is breakfast in the sun, lunch on the terrace or dinner with a view of the sea: you help make it an easy day at the beach.
Experience in hospitality is a plus, but certainly not required. We find it much more important that you are enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Bartender
Van de eerste cappuccino tot de laatste cocktail. Achter de bar ben jij op je plek. Je bereidt met aandacht goede koffie, cocktails en andere dranken, adviseert gasten en draagt bij aan de ontspannen sfeer waar Alexander Beach Club om bekendstaat.
You are hospitable, work accurately and love a fast pace. Experience behind the bar is a plus, but we value your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more.
FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
Chef de Partie
In our kitchen, everything revolves around quality, fresh ingredients and teamwork. You prepare dishes with attention to flavour and presentation and contribute every day to a service guests love to come back for.
You have experience as an independent cook and enjoy working in a team. You love quality, like working together and get energy from a kitchen where everyone works on great service every day.
PART-TIME
Dishwasher
Good service starts behind the scenes. Thanks to you, the kitchen stays clean, organised and ready for the next service. You are an essential link in the team and make sure your colleagues can always keep going.
You like to get stuck in, work neatly and are a true team player. No experience needed. We value enthusiasm and commitment more.
PART-TIME
Beach Boys & Girls
Work where others go on holiday. You are the face of our beach service and make sure guests can enjoy a carefree day by the sea. From setting up the beach beds to taking orders: you are wherever guests need you.
You are energetic, hospitable and enjoy working outdoors. No experience needed. If you bring the enthusiasm, we will make sure you feel at home quickly.
